Have a Happy New Year!

Well we have not been up to a whole lot. Sitting around and taking it easy. I am so tired I don't really feel like doing much. The Sutton kids and Haley exchanged gifts yesterday. Mom, Haley, and I went to Conner Praire to see the Gingerbread Houses and Haley played. I ended up having to go get my blood taken. Last night my skin started itching like crazy. I am at the point where I just want to scream and rip my skin off. I don't really have any visible rash or anything but I itch all over. So, doc ordered me to get my blood taken. Hopefully we will find something out and they can take away my irritation. I can take Benadryl but I am not sure it is doing any good!

We are going to eat STEAK *yummy* with mom, dad, adam, ashley, and my grandparents. Haley is spending New Years with her daddy this year.

Haley opened all her presents this morning. Mom, dad, Adam, Ashley and Gma and Gpa Paxton came over to open more presents and eat breakfast. Then mom and dad stayed to play some Wii.

Haley's favorite presents so far have been: Barbie House, baby alive, and barbie stuff! She got many many presents...spoiled rotten.

Jason and I got a Tom Tom for xmas...which he is very excited about.

We are headed to gma schultz's and then back home to relax!

Christmas Eve

Well we had a good day and spent it with the Paxton family. We picked Haley up from her dads house and then went to gma and gpa paxton's. We ate and opened presents! Then Haley had a little fit b/c she was so tired so we came home and she fell asleep about five minutes after getting in the car. Mom came and picked Haley and I up and we went to see the Xmas lights at Reynolds. Then stopped at the gas station to get ice cream...by the time we got home Haley had it all over her face. Will show a picture later b/c it was pretty funny! She tried to give Daddy J a hug and kiss when she got home with her face looking like that. Then mom made sugar cookies while we opened presents from Mandy. Then Haley and I iced them and put sprinkles on them. Overall a good and tiring day!

Merry Christmas!

SICK!

Well Monday mom took Haley and I to the Lion King. It was wonderful and we had amazing seats. Royalty seating, front row in the side balcony. Haley loved it. The only problems came after the play was over. Haley kept saying she had a headache and then puked before we went home. Then my stomach hurt during the whole play and by the time I got home it wasn't a pretty sight.

I went to the doctor this morning and everything went great! Except he sent me over to the hospital to get an IV of fluid. They also gave me nausea medicine. I am better now and no more getting sick...but I have been laying around sleeping and doing nothing today!

CHRISTMAS EVE is around the corner...I can't wait to see Haley open all her presents the next couple of days. I have completed 33 weeks as of tomorrow. Getting closer!!

Weekend Laziness!

Well we all slept in this morning!
I am excited that I have the next two weeks to relax.

Haley and I worked on writing her ABC's and shapes today.
She ended up going to the Purdue game with her daddy.

Jason and I are addicted to Heroes the TV series...we have gotten through the first two seasons.

We really need to clean the house up...but today has been a lazy day! Maybe we will clean the rest tomorrow.

Holiday Program

They cancelled school today, but Haley still had school. So Jason and I took her and then we did some shopping. We got some last minute small gifts for Haley and got a new sliding door for our shower. Then we went and watched Haley at her school program.

She looked so cute up there. She was an angel in the nativity scene.

I am starting my 33rd week of my pregnancy tomorrow!

Three more days till break and we have a 2 hour delay tomorrow! YIPPEE!

Long but Fun Weekend

Well...Saturday we went to lunch and to Disney On Ice.

Haley said she wants to see it again and her favorite part was the princesses!!

Then Sunday...Haley and I ran some errands - got her a new xmas shirt and new tennis shoes. Then we went to the Children's Museum to see Santa.

Overall we are all pooped but had a great time!

Past week and weekend outlook!

This past week we have been keeping busy.

Jason has been working on home improvement things around the house! He put a fan up in the bedroom, new light in foyer, new light in bathroom, and working on vanity mirror to put up.

Haley has been going to school and we went to the library.

Me I have gone to a doctor's appointment and then met with the anesthesiologist today. He thinks I should have a spinal for my c-section and if after 10 minutes he can't get it then they will put me out to deliver. I am very nervous about it but I am going to try it so I can see my baby boy when he comes into the world.

For the weekend: We are going to my school xmas party tonight, tomorrow we are going to see disney on ice, and sunday we are going to try and see Santa at the Children's Museum. I almost forgot we may take Skeeter to see Santa at the animal store in Pendleton on Saturday. Depends if we can fit it in or not.

Hopefully I will get Christmas card out this weekend!! =)

Baby's Room DONE!!!

Thanks to Jason the baby's room is officially done! He finished putting the second coat on the walls the other day. He hung the lights tonight and we hung the pictures/caden's name. It is pretty simple but I love the color on the walls.

I also went ahead and packed Caden's bag for the hospital...I put everything in the "Little Soldier" backpack Jason bought him.

I am officially starting my 31st week! Time has flown by.

My hubby and I went to a movie tonight (a little date night) and saw Australia. It was a good movie but prepared because it is a LONG movie.

SNOW SNOW SNOW

Haley wrote Santa a letter today!

Haley was excited to see that it snowed this morning! So first things she wanted to do was go play in it. Since I have a cold or something I told her she had to wait for Daddy J to get up and go hang up xmas lights. So when he finally got up she was excited and ready to go.

She was even jumping in the leaf pile while playing in the snow.

Xmas decorations are up!

Well we hung up all the xmas decor...minus outside lights.

Haley came back home today from daddy's...we are on our way to a baby shower.

We taught her how to bowl on the wii and she liked it but kept getting frustrated with the controller.

On Thanksgiving we took some belly pictures with me and dad, and dad, Jason, and I...so check them out.

Painting, Relaxing, and Cleaning

Well we are trying to take it easy but we still have so many things to do.

I wrapped presents and we put up the xmas tree so when Haley gets home we can decorate it.

We painted primer on the baby's walls in his room so we can paint it blue...we are getting rid of the HOT PINK!

I have also included a picture of our new entertainment center.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING

Well we went to hang out with gma and gpa paxton for a little while before they left for Florida with mom and dad. Then Haley went with her daddy...Jason and I headed to eat turkey, noodles, mashed potatoes, and much more! It was so delicious! Then headed to Grandma Schultz's to visit.

Jason and I took it pretty easy tonight. We got the christmas tree up but not decorated. Then we played some Wii. I beat Jason in bowling and we tied in baseball. We also played Mario Cart but I need to practice that one it is kinda hard. He is in there boxing again!!

The parents and grandparents are headed to Florida.

Hope everyone had a great THANKSGIVING!!! Xmas is on the way.

I have 10 weeks left of the pregnancy. We will definately be having Mr. Caden on Feb 11 unless he decides to come early.

What has been happening at our house!

Well Jason has come home...it isn't going to hit us for awhile that he is never leaving again!

On Saturday we took a trip to Ohio to IKEA and we bought a new entertainment center...Jason put it all together and it looks awesome! We also got a coffee table and end tables to match...we are loving it.

The house looks like a tornado hit it because of moving everything around and Jason moving back home for good with all of his stuff. Hopefully soon we will get it all cleaned up. As soon as we do we are putting up our xmas stuff.

We still need to paint the baby's room, but the room is taped up for painting.

Haley had dance class and I finally got to go in and watch yesterday. They were so cute in their doing ballet and tap. I took some pictures.

Haley was a pilgrim as she went to another preschool to have a Thanksgiving Feast.

Tonight Jason finally turned on the Wii...Haley played for a little but needs to keep practicing. Jason is playing right now..boxing because he wasn't too great at the baseball. He looks hilarious!

HE IS OFFICIALLY HOME!!

A day of resting

Well I have spent the entire day resting and with a huge headache.

Doc said I could go back to work as long as I am not having contractions and getting sick!

Jason is coming home tomorrow...I can't wait till he gets here! =)

Hospital Visit

Last night at dinner I had some contractions...six of them actually. I took the medicine they gave at my last doctor visit to stop contractions. Then two hours later I got really sick!!

Today I called the doctor to let them know and well they ended up wanting me to come to the hospital and get monitored. Mom picked me up at lunch and I was there till 6:30 tonight being monitored and given more meds to stop the contractions. They ended up letting me go home, but I am pretty exhausted.

Jason will be home in TWO days and we can't wait!

I want to say HAPPY ANNIVERSARY to my grandparents. They have been married for 58 years!

HE IS COMING HOME!!!

Finally the day we have been waiting for---Jason is coming home for good on the 21st. We can't wait to have him home and keep him here for good!

I am so very proud to be the wife of a veteran...a grand daughter to a veteran....a niece to a veteran...and to be friends with so many veterans.

Update on US

Well it's been a little while since the last post.

Haley - She is tapping and ballet every Monday and is loving it! She is excited because in December we are going to go see the Lion King and Disney on Ice. She is loving school and learning so much. Her teacher told me today that she worked on numbers 11-14 today and knew them all! She is turning into ms. smarty pants.

Jason - Is waiting and doing a very good job! He gets an A+ for doing so well and being so patient. He is working at the stables with the horses in all his free time. He should be home very very soon! Waiting on one phone call and that is all.

Erika - went to the doctor today. Doc was a little mad b/c I haven't gained any weight since last visit. She said I need to gain 20 to 25 pounds by delivery and I have only gained 8 total. The good news is I am measuring at almost 28 weeks. I start going to doc every 2 weeks now till the last month. Yeah I am in the third trimester...Mr Caden will be here in 12 weeks or less!!

Conner Praire and Park

Yesterday we went to Conner Praire and to the Oaklandon Park. Haley had so much fun. She got to milk the cow and loved the playground. It was similar to the ones we go to in Illinois and Wisconsin. We watched the new Tinker Bell movie when we got home and played.

Today I plan on working on the house some more and taking down the hot pink and green border in the baby's room.

Happy Halloween everyone!

We did some trick or treating last night.

Haley is going with her daddy for a little bit after preschool and then I get her back for the rest of the evening. She had a lot of fun trick or treating last night with Bryce and Kynsey.

Haleybug is a Ladybug....Bryce is Jeff Gordon...and Kynsey is a sheep! They looked very cute!
